Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the finance department.
• Manage the finance team.

• Establish and manage the FP&A framework to drive performance management and planning. This includes identifying Key Performance Indicators, analyzing performance variances, and recommending solutions to achieve or exceed targets.
• Collaborate with various departments on short-term and long-term planning, including periodic forecasting and annual budgeting. Conduct financial projections on new business initiatives, assess risks and opportunities, and recommend viable operating plans.
• Maintain relationships with external auditors and address their findings and recommendations.
• Perform any other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Audit experience and a background in a manufacturing environment (such as FPC, PCB, or PCBA) are highly preferred.

Job Summary
