Job Descriptions

• Offering sound advice on financial planning and management issues, programmes funding, operational issues, tax issues and so on.
• Improving budget marksmanship practices by equipping line divisions with readily accessible dashboards and transaction details for their pro-active financial management including re-allocation of resources to maximise the use of funds.
• Handling and managing organization’s budgets including Operating budget, Capital budget and Government funded Programme budgets ensuring optimal use and allocation of funds to achieve strategic outcomes.
• Managing multiple source of funds, liaise with funders to ensure proper accountability, including but not limited to transacting funds drawdown, tracking of utilization, reconciliation and closure.
• Reviewing and providing analysis for actual utilization/marksmanship reporting to management, parent ministry.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in accountancy and/or finance.
• Experience in Financial Analysis & Planning and Workday is advantageous.
• Proficient in data analytics and visualization tool such as Power BI, Tableau to review data.

Job Requirements:

• Perform a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical/ accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures for full set accounts, including accounts payable, account receivables, prompt billing to customers, monthly payments to suppliers, general ledgers such as payroll, accruals, etc.
• Assist in performing monthly statutory financial statements and management accounts for the Company and its Subsidiaries (including cross-border territories).

• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements and financial reporting standards.
• Keep abreast of key changes in accounting/ taxation regulations and support rolling out group initiatives.
• Participate in other ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/ Finance, the candidate with a CPA is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word.
• Minimum 3 years of past qualification and relevant working experience.
• A candidate with experience in an audit firm is preferred.
• Familiar with IFRS 115 construction contract accounting.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Meticulous, organized and able to work independently.
• Strong in internal control review.
• Experienced in system migration will be preferred.
• Highly committed with the ability to work under pressure.

• Understands the core concepts, principles, processes or procedures of Wealth Management and Banking
• CMFAS Exams
