Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Recruitment Strategies: Develop creative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions across the organization.
• Screen and Evaluate Candidates: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and culture fit for the roles.
• Coordinate the Interview Process: Manage and schedule interviews, assessments, and reference checks, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Make Hiring Recommendations: Provide valuable insights and recommendations to Hiring Managers based on thorough evaluations.
• Support Administrative Tasks: Assist with various clerical duties related to recruitment and ensure all candidate records are accurately maintained.

Pre-Requisites:

• Education: A local diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Solid experience in recruitment or a related field, with a good understanding of the full recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

• Develop and execute engaging, on-brand content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Attend client meetings to understand their business goals and tailor content accordingly.
• Create compelling content for both owned and paid platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.

Strategy Development:

• Develop a comprehensive social media strategy and manage content calendar planning.
• Set campaign KPIs and track performance benchmarks, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis, industry trends, and best practices.

Performance Monitoring:

• Compile, measure, and analyze social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Manage daily social media activities, including content creation, post scheduling, and strategic organization to maximize engagement and reach.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools, delivering regular reports and insights.

Collaboration and Administration:

• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Maintain seamless communication across various groups to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences in collaboration with the digital marketing team.

Digital Marketing Execution:

• Conceptualize and oversee digital and online strategies, specifically tailored for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

Theatre Administrative Executive

The Role:

Handle theatre administrative works which include checking of daily reports, movie voucher inventory, theatre payroll submission and promotion tracking etc.

• Assist theatre operation matters and executing marketing promotions.
• Coordinate on the logistic requirement and execution of corporate events and bookings.
• Other duties which may be assigned on a time to time basis.

Requirements:

• Diploma or its equivalent
• At least 2 years in the retail or hospitality industry
• Some training background will be an advantage
• Good working knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• A good team player with positive work attitude
