POSITION SUMMARY

• Plan and manage all marketing, advertising, publicity, and promotional events for the assigned brand(s) according to set guidelines

• Manage Public Relations, event, creative and production agencies

• Support the store Business Goals

• Support the CRM and increase existing base of VIP customers

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize and oversee advertising / communication campaigns and promotional events

• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

• Translate copy for marketing distributions (social media posts, EDMs, press releases etc)

• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities

• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

• Make periodical store visits to better understand the business marketing needs

• Build effective working relations with Brand Manager and store teams

• Monthly engagement with Store Manager at store level

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum a Diploma / Degree in Marketing

• Minimum 2-3 years & above of solid working experience in marketing planning, promotional programs development and execution, with excellent commercial insight and good analytical skill

• Good working knowledge of Ecommerce, digital media, media strategy, marketing, or retail marketing

• Agency experience preferred

Role and Description:

The candidate is to support the Finance and Accounting departments by handling various of accounting functions.

Responsibilities and competencies:

1. Perform double-entry accounting to record and process all business transactions such as (sales, purchases, payables, receivables, cash, inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure, and finance cost) in the accounting system.
2. Reconciling of accounts payables/receivables.
3. Prepare trial balances for financial reporting accurately.
4. Preparation of relevant accounting schedules for audit.
5. Assist in cash management and payment processing via online banking platform.
6. Assist with various accounting tasks such as (bank reconciliations, journal entries and general ledger).

Complete the above duties on time and meet timeline given.

Duration of the attachment:

6 months.

• Develop and implement preventive/corrective maintenance programs for M&E installations

• Manage a team of in-house maintenance technician, requisite M&E equipment/parts and attend to complaints relating to M&E services.

• Develop and implement fire emergency plan, fire safety audit, maintenance plan for security surveillance systems and carpark facilities to achieve highest standard of safety and security

• Requisite safety and security equipment and parts as well as follow up and investigate incidents or complaints relating to fire safety and security in the customers’ estate and premise facilities

• Follow through the tender, evaluation and recommendation of service or term contracts, as well as its administration and management

• Conduct general inspection to identify services for rectification and oversee sub-contractors’ performance in accordance with contractual work scope and timeline of completion.

. Help project managers in the arrangement and analysis of projects and scheduling of reports on projects

• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Sponsorship

• Develop proposals for high-profile sponsorship opportunities such as BPS Naming Rights, HP RWS, JWE GBTB, and Monet exhibitions.
• Conduct sponsor prospect research and outreach via LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Create sponsorship materials, including a Ramses sponsorship document for the Tokyo team
• Consolidate logistics and key information for a global pitch to Toll in consultation with the internal team and external partners.

VIP Products

• Lead the creation and development of VIP products for special events and exhibitions such as Monet and HP VoM.
• Engage in ongoing discussions with internal teams to implement and refine VIP experiences

Retail

• Conduct market research on product trends and pricing strategies for retail offerings, particularly for HP RWS.
• Liaise with local suppliers, including pastry vendors, on behalf of the London retail team to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with finance and retail teams to address audit issues, including reconciling invoices and purchase orders for the 2024 audit.

European Market Research

• Conduct market research and analysis to support European tour planning, including creating and submitting market analysis documents for the London market.
• Location-Based Entertainment (LBE) Research
• Create and consolidate LBE product research documents in collaboration with internal teams, establishing a programming library for permanent venues.

Proposals and Research Projects

• Draft and submit a detailed proposal for the Victoria T-Rex exhibition at MBS in Singapore.
• Conduct and present a global study of observation decks to identify potential new business targets for NEON, submitting findings for internal discussions.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sponsorship, business development, VIP product management, or related areas.
• Strong experience in market research, retail product strategy, and logistics coordination.
• Proven track record in managing high-profile sponsorships and partnerships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across different geographies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:

-Manage the front office at the Management Office and oversee its realization

-Assist Occupants in the booking of facilities and to monitor these bookings including providing reports

-Record receivables and undertake banking services for receivables and when directed to take action against arrears receivables

-Manage the process of invoices/bills received by the Management Corporation

Job Requirements:

-Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, any field.

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.

-Good customer skills with self-drive

-Able to speak and read Chinese in order to communicate in Chinese language to handle customers queries and request.

-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

-Invite quotations, conduct evaluation for all services, provide recommendation reports and organise and coordinate Corrective Program for repairs and maintenance of the common properties

-Administer contracts renewals and issue of contracts

JOB REQUIREMENT

-Previous experience in managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings.
