We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Administrative Support Specialist to join our USV team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various administrative requirements, including generating quotations, managing ES accounts, raising purchase orders, performing goods acceptance, and generating ROP. Additionally, the role involves liaising with external contractors such as STEML, STELS, and other subcontractors as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate quotations for various projects and services.
• Manage and maintain ES accounts.
• Raise purchase orders and ensure timely processing.
• Perform goods acceptance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Generate ROP and other necessary documentation.
• Liaise with external contractors, including STEML, STELS, and other subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide administrative support to the Sea Guardian and Wakeboard O&S teams as required.

Qualifications:

• A Diploma/Higher NITEC in engineering is required.
• Experience in engineering work, with an understanding of planned and corrective maintenance of systems.

Additional Information:

• This position requires frequent access to confidential information and occasional access to secret information.
• The candidate must adhere to all security protocols and guidelines.

Join our boutique yoga studio located in Upper Thomson as a Front Desk Executive. We’re looking for a passionate and committed individual who can work 4 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Job Details:

• Part-time role with a minimum 1-year commitment (no short-term students on summer break).

• 5-hour shifts from 5pm to 10pm.

• Responsibilities include:

• Handling walk-ins and membership inquiries

• Explaining and closing membership deals

• Basic studio cleaning: mirrors, props area, folding towels, doing laundry, cleaning the toilets, replenishing supplies, etc.

• Opening and closing of the studio

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a yoga studio is preferred.

• Ability to handle customer service and sales efficiently.

• A background in yoga is a bonus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions
• Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
• Assist in scheduling of workshop appointments by coordinating and liaising with customers
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries and follow up with existing customer cases
• Provide internal stakeholders with necessary administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills Required

• Minimum O/N level holder
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer facing role
• Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems
