Responsibilities:

• Analyze the applications of prospective students (local and aboard) based on admission policies.
• Responsible for all students’ status on their Student Pass application, appeal, issuance, costs incurred etc.
• Responsible for all Agent application, renewal and update of agent list as required under Skillfuture Guidance Documents.
• Familiar with Immigration Checkpoints & Authority ("ICA") for application cases and handle the creation of SOLAR+ accounts.
• Provide support to recruitment team on preparation of admission documents and hosting student enquiries online and on-site.
• Participate in all student recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events.
• Maintain a database of student information, student feedbacks in order to generate student reports whenever required.
• Provide administrative support as assigned by the Admissions Manager, and Director of Student Recruitment & Admissions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree qualification, with 2 years of relevant working experience in an international private education setting.
• Highly organised, meticulous, able to prioritise and multitask.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to be operationally hands-on, proactive mindset, and committed to delivering results within stipulated timelines.

Reports to: Directors

Core purpose of the role: This position will play a pivotal role in the operations team for all HR related matters. The individual will be responsible for all aspects of HR from recruitment, onboarding/ off boarding processes, claims, training and development, as well as staff engagement and welfare of the employees.

Job scopes:

Recruitment and On-boarding

• Determine and use the appropriate sourcing channel (including Jobs Bank, LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies and internal applications)
• Coordinate the recruitment process, including but not limited to understanding job specifications, posting advertisements, pre-screening of candidate’s applications according to specifications, submitting qualified applications to the hiring managers and tracking application progress to position close
• Conduct interviews
• Arrange background check of new hires
• Manage end-to-end on-boarding activities including but not limited to accounts creation, IT related email and access, induction packs
• Arrange new hire induction

HR Operations

• Provide prompt update and accurate maintenance of employee database and personnel files
• Support in providing inputs to update HR reports, budget report, internal HR working templates, external statutory/labour market survey and headcount related reporting
• Monitor employees' work pass / MOM employment pass compliance
• Monitor probationary period, etc
• Review and update Employee Handbooks and Business Conduct Guidelines
• Maintain organisation charts and prepare monthly HR reports
• Support in the update of HR policies, processes and procedures

Performance Management

• Support the full suite of annual performance review cycle (communications to staff, creation of online forms and provide updates on completion rates and analytics)
• Work closely with business leaders to ensure the performance management exercises are properly executed and completed on time

Pay Review

• Support the annual pay review process
• Creation of excel spreadsheets for management input and analytics to update data on performance excel spreadsheets
• Participate in C&B surveys and benchmark with various key companies in similar industry

Employee Relations

• Support to business leaders in all employee relations matters
• Provide HR policies guidance and interpretation to employees
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues and counsel staff

Offboarding

• Coordinate exit process: payroll, employee records, exit interviews

Payroll & Benefits Administration

• Manage and execute regular benefits administrations
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of CPF, government-claim submissions (Maternity, Paternity, Childcare and NS claims), income tax (IR8A and IR21) matters
• Maintain accuracy and update movements in company insurance policy

Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute internal employee engagement activities such as dialogues, and corporate staff engagement events.

Learning & Development

• Conduct training needs analysis for business units and employees.
• Source for external vendors, coordinate course registration and training grant applications
• Evaluate and monitor training programs and budgets

Ad Hoc Projects

• Drive and implement process improvements to increase HR efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• University Degree in Human Resources or related degree
• Strong knowledge of HR generalist functions and at least 3 years of relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the drafting, review and filing of various contracts to ensure the accuracy and compliance of contract contents.

2. Write high-quality project promotion copy, assist in marketing activities, and enhance brand awareness and influence. 3. Collect customer project information, ensure the information is complete and accurate, and submit the required information in a timely manner.

4. Support sales managers to complete project-related work, prepare required information and documents, and improve work efficiency.

5. Regularly follow up on customer project progress, maintain customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure the quality of after-sales service.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, related majors are preferred.

2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience. Applicants with business assistant or copywriting experience are preferred.

3. Be humble and polite, have strong affinity, and have good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit.

1. Customer acquisition: BDEs are responsible for finding new clients and convincing existing clients to continue to work with the company.

2. Lead generation: BDEs generate leads and keep them interested until they reach the bottom of the sales funnel.

3. Negotiation: BDEs negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers.

4. Project management: BDEs oversee projects in the company.

5. Communication: BDEs interact with clients and business partners to promote good relationships and develop a rapport with their team.

6. Organizational skills: BDEs may work with multiple clients at once and need to maintain progress reports.

7. Market trend analysis: BDEs analyze the current market and business trends to create plans to boost up the business.

Job Description:

· Serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests and ensure hotel departments are fully briefed on VIP Guest requirements and movement.

· Deliver the highest quality and brand service standards to consistently meet and exceed Guest and VIP expectations.

· Maintain current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events.

· Manage concierge desk with enquiries and luggage assistance when required.

· Work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering and Culinary on rooms inspection and arranging of guest amenities.

· Welcome Guests on arrival and assist them during their stay dealing efficiently with enquiries and any complaints.

· Maintain the required level of inventory on Guest amenities.

· Demonstrate a knowledge of external locations, attractions, and landmarks in the vicinity.

· Project a professional image and manner with an emphasis on hospitality and Guest service.

· Solicit and provide feedback to the Guest Services Manager on guest comments.

· Comply with Hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.

· Undertake tasks as instructed by the Manager on duty.

· Managing lobby, perform meet and greet and bid farewell for VIPs

· Serve your role and team in an environmentally conscious manner.

· Coach new Guest Services Agent / Executive on role and responsibilities.

· Manage VIP Group arrival and departure.

· Manage aircrew arrival and departure.

Requirement:

· Speak good English and second language desired.

· Good working knowledge of Hotel’s PMS and related software
