We are a centrally located boutique recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a Accounts and Admin Executive who can help support us through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.

Duties

• Assist in all accounting matters and responsible for monthly accounting reconciliation
• Responsible for all payroll functions in the organization
• Data entry for maintenance of proper filing system, ensuring all records are in proper order
• Prepare monthly statement claims, GST, CPF and related bills
• Involved in HR duties such as but not limited to, work pass application, payroll processing and maintenance of Employee files
• Perform general administrative duties
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounts / HR / Admin related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Accounting firm
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

The position

By joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:

• Ensure that the company's computer systems and IT infrastructure are running smoothly.
• Assist end-users with technical issues, troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.
• Install, configure and maintain all IT related systems and equipment.
• Advise end-users on Corporate IT & Information Security Policies and procedures.
• Manage IT inventory.
• Participate in improvement projects; designing solutions and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and/or deliver IT software, systems and best practice related training.
• Procurement of IT related equipment & software.
• Liaise with vendors for support, warranty and service agreements.

• A minimum of 3+ years working experience within a corporate ICT function.
• A polytechnic diploma or a bachelor's degree in information systems, information technology, analytics or a similar relevant subject.
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows 10 & 11), hardware troubleshooting, software installation and configuration.
• A deep understanding of Office 365 applications and services, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and more.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI for creating custom solutions and automations.
• Proven ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting, Python programming would be an advantage.
• Advanced skills in Excel macros & VBA.
• Strong interest in IT technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI), IT best practices and Automation.
