SERVICE SALES
Ā· Identify and develop potential business opportunities;
Ā· Responsible for maintaining an existing customer base, create new customer accounts and business development;
Ā· Achieve sales & profit targets set by the company;
Ā· Cultivate and enhance long term relationship with new and existing customers;
Ā· To process quotation on recommended parts to customers within 1 day upon receipt of reports through eSOS;
Ā· To generate an invoice for billing to customers within 1 day upon completion of the job through eSOS;
Ā· Ensure immediate response to Customers and close follow-ups with Customers via email, phone call, text messaging and faxes;
Ā· Ensuring customersā requirements are clearly and adequately defined before handing over to the project and operation team;
Ā· Schedule and coordinate with customers on Load Test (LT) / Visual Inspections (VI);
Ā· Ensure all Customers crane details are updated to eSOS accurately;
Ā· Ensure on sending mass emails to customers on new/revised service rates;
Ā· Gather Customersā feedback and develop corrective measures for Management reviews;
Ā· Responsible for providing a high standard of customer service
Ā· To generate weekly reports to update management on the progress of all enquiries and order confirmation to both internal and external customers
Ā· Conduct weekly meeting with inter-related depts. such as Sales, Parts Executive, Finance, Store, Purchasing possible for providing a high standard of Customer Service;
Ā· Ensure timely billing for service job completed within 3 working days through ESOS to customers;
SERVICE OPS.
Ā· Responsible for updates of daily Technician Schedules, including breakdown calls, maintenance, load tests, visual inspection, etc to ESOS.
Ā· To conduct morning briefing with Technicians on ensuring their awareness of the job schedule for the day itself;
Ā· To organise weekly operations meetings with Technicians;
Ā· Work closely with Supervisor on assigning right team for jobs;
Ā· Ensure timely deliveries, right quality and quantity of parts to Customers;
Ā· To ensure electrical jobs under projects are completed on time by Technicians;
Ā· Responsible for maintenance of Equipment List and update of all relevant parts details on regular basis;
Ā· To ensure Technicians are always in proper and clean overalls;
Ā· To check on proper housekeeping at the Service Area, Electrical room, truck cleanliness;
Ā· To ensure tools in toolboxes, tools in tool bags, full PPE of technicians, stocks in trucks are checked on a weekly basis;
OTHERS
Ā· Ensure procedures, standards and guidelines are followed and maintained;
Ā· Ensure all documentation of records are up to date and filed accordingly;
Ā· Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
