• Manage server installations, configurations, and updates.
• Monitor server performance and conduct regular backups.
• Address server-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support to staff and address IT-related queries.
• Document IT processes, policies, and procedures for future reference.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Scripting and programming for the purpose of system administration and/or user requirement.

Competency Requirements

• Min Diploma in IT or equivalent
• Experience in providing End User Support
• Experience in Network, routing protocol
• Experience on windows active directory, Windows OS, Linux, email system, database and etc.
• Experience in VBA scripting
• Knowledge in software development will be an advantage
• Prefered Singaporean Citizen/Singapore PR
