JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for ensuring and executing the seamless integration of financial systems, processes, and teams following mergers & acquisitions. Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure that all financial integration activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal controls

• US GAAP, SOX and Jabil policies compliance

Post-Integration Support:
