The company is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join our finance team. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic startup at an exciting phase of growth. The Senior Finance Manager will have a wide range of responsibilities and will be a key member of the finance leadership team.

Assisting the Head of Department, the Senior Finance Manager is responsible for

1) building and leading a high-performing and agile finance function,

2) delivering on core financial responsibilities such as accurate accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, reporting, audit and tax compliance,

Key Responsibilities

· Manage a team of staff and oversee the full spectrum of financial accounting across the group entities. Experience with intercompany transactions and group consolidation will be beneficial.

· Manage all aspects of finance, such as financial reporting, management reporting, audit, tax and regulatory compliance, cashflow management.

· Continually review and implement finance policies and internal controls.

Requirements

You should possess the following skills and proficiencies:

· Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent. Professional accreditation and prior audit experience / accounting experience is preferred.

· Demonstrated success as a senior finance role within a startup environment at Series B and up or in tech, insurtech and healthcare is preferred.

· In-depth understanding of financial operations within a B2B2C industry.

· Strong understanding of tech, healthcare and insurance industries would be an advantage.

· Prior experience of system / financial tooling implementation (e.g. ERP system, reconciliation tools).

· Excellent stakeholder management skills, including internal and external stakeholders, such as financial institutions, tax and audit professionals, clients and partners.

1. Propose architectural framing layout and design key elements of buildings, submit to architect / consultant
2. Coordinate with structural team and M&E team to ensure the final design in-line with architect’s design intents and client’s requirements
3. Review & verify consultants design drawings, counter propose another architectural design intent and feasibility of construction
4. Plan and supervise the schedule of design processes and submission to authority to meet the main project
5. Resolve site issues related to design or changes required by production team, to ensure no delay affecting main program projects
6. Supervise draftsmen and prepare architectural shop drawings for construction
7. Assist draftsmen to amend shop drawings during peak time to make sure that quality drawings are issued for construction on time
8. Preparation of architectural coordination and shop drawings for the project to be used on site for production
9. Disseminate architectural information to other design teams for overall design coordination
