Job Description: Assistant Project Manager

Position Overview:The Assistant Project Manager (APM) plays a vital role in supporting project management teams in planning, executing, and closing projects. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The APM will assist in coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among team members.

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in telecom industry with fix network solution(datacom/dwdm/pon or sdn controller etc.) and technology understanding.
• Minimum 5 years of projects management experience in fix network domain.
• Minimum 3 years of projects E2E solution design (HLD/OLD) experience on fixed network domain
• Vendor or Operator experience is essential.
• 5G knowledge and related project experiences is preferred.
• Knowledge about Huawei fix network solutions and products is preferred.
• Team player, self-motivated, result-oriented and highly independent.

What you will be doing:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a cluster of properties, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and landscaping.

• Minimally a Bachelor's Degree and have managed an accumulated building portfolio of > 200,000 sqm in the past 3 years.
• Possess minimally of 8 years if relevant working experience at his/her equivalent level as a Sr. FM and proven management background.
