o Champion new programs and pilot projects that drive sustainable solutions and measurable positive impacts.

o Facilitate knowledge sharing and benchmarking with industry peers to ensure the organization stays at the forefront of ESG leadership.

(B) Secondary Responsibilities

1. Environmental Sustainability Management

o Support the ESG Environment pillar leaders to drive environmental initiatives focused on carbon reduction, energy efficiency, waste reduction & recycling and water conservation.

o Monitor environmental risks and supervise the roll-out of group-wide mitigation strategies to enhance resilience and sustainability across operations.

o Support the Carbon Intensity and Environmental Impact committee (comprising of ESG Environment, Innovation and Sustainable procurement pillar leaders) to oversee group-wide efforts to reduce the organisation and product carbon footprint.

2. Social Impact and Responsibility

o Support the ESG People pillar and ESG Safety pillar leaders to implement programs related to social responsibility, including diversity and inclusion, employee well-being and workplace safety respectively.

o Support the ESG Community pilar leaders to engage employees in volunteerism and other social impact projects to strengthen corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts and community development.

o Support the ESG Sustainable Procurement leaders to drive initiatives for upstream supply chain transparency and ethical sourcing (human rights and working conditions)

3. Governance and Policy Development

o Support the ESG Governance Pillar leader in coordinating policies roll-out by Nippon Paint Holdings that guide ethical, responsible practices, and sustainable business operations.

o Ensure compliance with relevant ESG standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance best practices.

o Assist the relevant ESG pillar leaders in creating and maintaining policies related to responsible business conduct and environmental stewardship.

o Monitor closely the adoption period for new financial reporting standards on sustainability-related (IFRS S1) and climate-related (IFRS S2) disclosure across the Group, and coordinate the implementation activities at country-level.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related fields (Master’s degree or relevant certifications in ESG preferred).

· 8+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate social responsibility roles, ideally within a multinational or large organization.

· Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD, ISSB).

· Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

· Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

· Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.

· Ability to travel frequently within Asia is required (approximately 30-40% of travel required).

Your key focus would be to lead complex change initiatives within the Bank's Front Office and play a key role in shaping and implementing change management strategies.

This role involves working closely with senior leadership to influence change outcomes to ensure successful project delivery impacting the Front Office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Serve as the change management specialists for the front office.
• Support the Bank’s transformation and change programs in respect of front office engagement and business integration to support appropriate front office behaviors and enable business effectiveness.
• Oversee impact assessments, stakeholder management plans, and change readiness activities which impact the front office.
• Support, facilitate, design, and deliver change delivery, communication and engagement strategies or implementation plans for the front office working closely with or following the lead of the change
• Development of relevant success measures of change initiatives and drive continuous improvement as needed
• Analysis and presentation of structured and unstructured data and information for business decisions by stakeholders
• Coordination, facilitation and/or leading of discussions with stakeholders to assess available and discover alternative options for business outcomes.

Ideal candidate

• 10+ years of experience in change management and leading large-scale change initiatives.
• Relevant experience in or understanding of private banking, preferably in the front office.
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate organizational complexity and influence and guide senior leaders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Is solution driven, outcome focused and embraces challenges in evolving and uncertain environments.
• Is curious and has natural aptitude to quickly understand key elements of the business, product or service and/or processes in question.
• Can dissect, organise and frame complex issues for analysis, solutioning and communication with different stakeholders.
• Is an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to discover the necessary information from specialist stakeholders.
