Responsibilities

• Assist the Technical Manager in overseeing and managing day-to-day technical operations
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement technical strategies and improvements

• Monitor and maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical advancements, industry trends, and regulations in the automotive field

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering /Mechanical /. electrical or electronic or a related field
• Previous experience in a technical role in the automotive industry will be added advantage
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components/ repair /maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to team members and clients
• Experience in project management and leading technical teams
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
