Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for maintaining and expanding customers industry with Chinese background or Chinese element under the responsibility of the team, explore potential business opportunities, and provide good customer relationship management and financial services to existing or potential industry target customers. Work content including but not limited to understand customer needs, applying the right product mix, formulate marketing plan, organize and implement the marketing service, complete all required internal processes including system work (such as preparing term sheet, credit proposals and credit review, implementation of the credit terms and conditions, servicing of client's day-to-day needs, operate in business systems, etc.).

3. Drive company product research and development. Based on Singapore Branch's customers' demands and the local industry competition, timely propose new product requirements, assist in developing new business products for the company, implement innovation-driven strategies, and expand sources of revenue.

5. Carry out proactive risk control of credit business, undertake risk prevention work including credit risk, operational risk, compliance and anti-money laundering risk, and complete post-loan management and KYC; concurrently conduct regular or irregular customer visits are made to collect and analyse the business information of Agricultural, Natural & Mining industry and customers in the market, analyse and judge the changes of customers' credit status, and strengthen credit risk management.

6. Responsible to meet the relevant KPI target imposed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To assist with the control of all financial and commercial aspects of contracts.

• To undertake training as and when required.
• To enable full auditable trails with for example but not limited to invoices, timesheets, material orders and goods received notes.
• To be responsible for the commercial support on the contract through to final account.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates with experience in a customer facing role using operating systems such as Dynamics AX will be highly regarded.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role.
• Strong English communication skills and excellent time management skills are required.

1. Customer Understanding & Engagement

• Provide memorable luxury customer service experience by:

3. Team Development

5. Store Operations

• Ensure the store applies compliance requirements to all areas of operational activity: loss; asset protection; inventory control management;
• Ensure consistent and high standards MTM in-store operation to excel in MTM services;
• Meet store operating budget monitoring store expenses with attention to overall cost (ex. shipping, delivery, external alteration, general expenses and personnel costs)
• Assess, monitor and improve store’s alteration standards through managing store customer advisors and tailors;
• Ensure usage of digital services to increase business opportunities and improve customer service.

Requirements

• A consistently customer-centric focus, with a demonstrated ability to continually exceed superior standards of customer service
• Previous experience managing a team in a retail sales environment
