The Centre Program Manager is a pivotal role responsible for the overall management and operations of the ASEAN Applied Research Centre. This position requires a strategic thinker with good leadership, relationship-building, stakeholder management and project management skills. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in innovation-focused environment such as start-up incubators or accelerators.
• Work experience as Community Manager or similar role will be preferred. Specifically in managing the cross-section of tech start-teams, investors, corporate sponsors & partners.
• Advanced degree in business, management, or a related field.

Job Description

• Lead engineering team on various work streams to ensure smooth operations of systems and production
• Ensure the team adheres to strict timelines set and deliver
• Lead and perform controlled tests on various feed stock types
• Lead studies on outputs by systems – i.e. quality of syngas and biochar, energy regeneration etc.
