Job Purpose:

Financial Management and Reporting:

Stakeholder Management:

• Liaise with bankers to manage bank resolutions, banker’s guarantees, etc.
• Maintain up-to-date finance and audit schedules and work closely with auditors and tax agents to provide necessary documentation for annual financial audits.
• Supervise and support the Associate Accountant and finance team to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of all accounts.

Ad-hoc Responsibilities:

• Complete various surveys for the Department of Statistics, BCA, and other regulatory bodies.
• Assist the CFO with Board matters, such as resolutions for guarantees, ad-hoc reports, and investment activities, including due diligence, feasibility studies, legal reviews, M&A, and JV assessments.
• Oversee the Accpac accounting system, troubleshoot any issues, and provide support to the organization
• Provide support to other associated operational units (e.g., Asophir / OSCG accounts).
• Assist the CFO with additional financial and investment-related tasks as needed.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, FinTech, or a related discipline.
• In-depth understanding of US financial market operations, including familiarity with SEC, FINRA, and DTC regulations.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and Confluence.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on fintech, trading systems, or brokerage industries.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying Scrum/Agile methodologies; relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM) are highly advantageous.
• Exceptional leadership and cross-cultural communication abilities, with a proven track record of managing teams in a global, distributed environment.

Senior School Executive

Location: Clementi

Working days: 5 days (Rotate shift based on roster)
Weekday: 11.45am to 9.15pm
Weekend: 8.45am to 6.15/7.15pm
Salary: $3,500 - $4,200

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Role

• Achievement of school enrolment and store revenue budget of music school (branch)
• Teachers’ management and administration (more than 50 teachers full and part-time)
• Activity planning including trial lessons, open house, performances, PTMS, students’ orientation etc
• Studio and facilities management

Secondary Role

• Work with respective product managers to ensure branding, A&P and sales activities.
• Supervision in provision of quality customer service through training and coaching of staff and engaging.
• CRM Management – Reviewing of leads generation and follow-up prospecting for customer.
• Plan, manage and organize area market events and activities in-store
• Manage and oversee store inventory to ensure optimal stock levels for display and sale.
• Overseeing proper cash register management and administrative matters and documentation processes with relevant department
• Perform any adhoc duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Diploma graduate preferred
2. Experience in similar or service related industry preferred (enrichment centers)
3. Retail sales experience is not mandatory
