• Develop and implement financial strategies that support overall business objectives.
• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to monitor performance against targets.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies through diligent financial oversight.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• Proven experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the information services sector.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools; strong Excel skills are essential.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems; knowledge of data analytics tools is a plus.
