Job Responsibility
- Perform general accounting and finance duties including invoice processing, data entry, update of payment received, bank reconciliation and assist in monthly management reporting.
- Generate the AR bi-weekly to the project team for following up and presenting the AR report to the management on monthly basis.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure correct invoices to be issued and following up the collection.
- Work closely with the procurement team to ensure correct invoices received and properly record in the accounting system.

- Responsible for one of the business units’ rental sales. Liaise effectively and efficiently with the Operation Team to ensure all the relevant resources, materials and assets are available to fulfil client’s requirements in a satisfactory manner.

Brief Summary

The Regional Finance Director partners with the Commercial SVP to drive growth sustainably by driving efficiency in the investments being made to drive topline and bottom line as well. Key Activities

JOB PURPOSE

This role supports Financial operations activities within the Compensation & Benefits Regional Team (C&B) for the Fujifilm Business Innovation Asia Pacific (FBAP) office. The incumbent will work closely with FBAP Finance, FFAP Finance (as needed) teams, FBAP HR, Opcos HR and/or Finance teams, to ensure timely and accurate deliverables of all C&B and financial related activities.

The Vaccines Finance Director Greater China and Intercontinental ensures ambitious, aligned & effective Plans and Forecasts as well as supports performance management and optimization through regular analysis, business insights and right balance of risks and opportunities. This role enables and builds strong commercial business cases for the GC&I region including launches and BD support. The scope includes providing partnering, decision support, financial analysis, and performance management for Vaccines in the GC&I region. Key Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

This role supports all C&B and Financial operations activities for the Fujifilm Business Innovation Asia Pacific (FBAP) office and in the region. The incumbent will work closely with FBAP Finance, FFAP Finance (as needed) teams, FBAP HR, Opcos HR and/or Finance teams, to ensure timely and accurate deliverables of all C&B and financial related activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
