You will play a key role in meeting sales targets, ensuring high standards of customer service, and representing the company’s brand professionally. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Engage with the public at roadshows, promoting company products and services.
• Lead and motivate the roadshow team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Convert potential leads into successful sales and ensure a high conversion rate.
• Plan work schedules and liaise with vendors to ensure smooth roadshow operations.
• Train and onboard new promoters, helping them deliver outstanding service.
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Senior Roadshow Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities

Electrical

• Perform electrical installation, be proficient in the control system
• Conduct fault analysis and testing of mechanical and electrical systems
• Monitor and supervise work progression, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
• Read and interpret all installation Single Line Drawings (SLD) and execute installations accordingly.
• Attend technical, contractual, and weekly site progress meetings.
• Prepare ISO documents, shop drawings, and submit the required materials.

Fire Sprinkler System

• Monitor and assist with the installation of fire protection system projects
• Evaluate fire protection system components and materials
• Develop fire safety plans, procedures and protocols.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and the Site Manager.

Requirements

1. Diploma / Degree in Engineering or a related field
2. Knowledge of Electrical & Fire Sprinkler System principles, codes and Singapore standards
3. Ability to work independently and as a team-player
4. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience.

Oversee and direct all aspects of the frontline operation and assist other staff to run their section efficiently.

· Ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

· Take orders, serve food and beverages and clear tables.

· Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.

· Co-ordinate floor staffs to ensure all tasks are being completed according to procedural guidelines and time lines.

· Ensure banquet rooms, restaurants and coffee breaks are ready for service. Set tables accordingly to type of event and service standards.

· Trained & ensure work place compliance with safety regulations.

· And any other adhoc duties.
