Job requirements:

Your Responsibility

Reporting to the Back of House Operations Manager, this person is responsible for the cleanliness, general appearance of guest rooms and common areas, making sure rooms are well prepared for arrivals, cleaning on departures and allowing the property to run at maximum levels of occupancy without room readiness delays.

This person will understand the PMS and will monitor it at all times and use the housekeeping tool to organize the housekeeping operation daily and weekly.

As a housekeeping supervisor, the person will conduct daily briefings and operation meetings to train and set assignments to the outsource staff ensuring their compliance with the property standards.

This person will organize schedules, prepare daily reports, inspect guest rooms for arrivals, verify and update of room status, solving for discrepancy rooms, among others.

The housekeeping team is also responsible for checking, controlling, tracking and ordering cleaning supplies, guest supplies and working with the BOH manager for doing adequate linen and supply inventories on a monthly basis. The housekeeping team will be responsible for linen management in coordination with the laundry company, trash management in coordination with the waste management vendor and pest control.

Job Description:

Requirements:

• Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or a closely related field is essential. Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience, preferably at a Partner Level from one of the Big Four accounting firms, or as a Head of General Ledger & Financial Reporting in a large publicly listed company. The ideal candidate should hold professional qualifications such as American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

We are looking for an Equipment & Instrument Supervisor to join the Construction team.

Main responsibilities include:

• To be in charge of rotating, static and package equipment installation work.
• Supervise the subcontractors´ activities.
• Monitor and supervision on all construction activities include testing and inspection.
• Daily monitor and supervision of all related activities in compliance with project specification.
• Assist and support Pre-commissioning and commissioning team to perform inspection and function test.
