To keep client’s account and to provide financial information and reports relating to the scope of works as Property Manager. Maintain the aging report for rental & service charge and ad-hoc billings. Prepare monthly financial reporting including:-

• General Ledger Listing,
• Trial Balance
• Monthly Income Statement (with variance)
• Balance Sheet
• Bank Reconciliations for all Bank Accounts
• Audit Schedules
• Creditors and Debtors Listing Report
• An accrual spreadsheet agreeing to the trail balance and showing
• Nature of the accrual
• Invoice number
• The month of accrual relates to
• A prepayment spreadsheet agreeing to trial balance and showing
• Nature of expense
• Invoice number
• Amount per period being prepaid
• Preparation for Year-end Audit
• To communicate and liaise with client appointed auditors, to assist in provide supporting schedules and documents to ensure deadline meet.
• To communicate with Client and Auditor during auditing period.
• To provide assistance to Client appointed auditor for any audit queries and required information.

Responsibilities:

• Foster strong partnerships with business team leads and engage stakeholders in financial planning and analysis activities.
• Provide ongoing support, address financial queries, and ensure accuracy in accrual models and accounting activities.
• Oversee the company incentive scheme, understanding design, data inputs, and accounting impact.
• Lead the accounting team in managing month-end and quarterly activities across the group of companies.
• Monitor actual spend against budget, take corrective actions for shortfalls, and generate monthly financial reports.
• Manage collections, generate cashflow forecasts, and coordinate with auditors and tax agents for annual processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, controllership, or finance.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis, with a professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Advantageous to have internal audit, controls, and compliance experience.
• Preferred knowledge of Autocount and Quickbooks software.

Job Scope:

General Ledger

• Assist the Finance team with the year-end closing activities and external audit.
• Prepare reports (Annual Statistic Report, e-collection statistic report etc.) as requested by the management.
• Perform reconciliation of bank statements and balance sheet schedules.
• Data entry of transactions into account system.
• Prepare journal records for revenue, bank charges, adjustments, etc.
• Assist in prepare monthly and quarterly GST report.

Receivables – Donation

• Donations receipts (via cheque, credit card, online) and accounting in Workday and issuance of Tax-Deductible Receipts.
• Update Donation Management System.
• Conduct surprise cash count for donations.
• Assist GL Team in GST reporting for Sponsorships-in-kind and e-collections report.
• Prepare Annual Statistic Report, assist collating data from institution on e-collection statistic.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations, and follow up on reconciliation items.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / equivalent qualification in accounting.
• Knowledge in accountancy with at least 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge and experience in handling matters relating to Donation will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate).
• Good team player with positive attitude, problem-solving skills and meticulous.
• Capable of multi-tasking and take initiative to drive change.
• Proactive, able to work independently and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
