• Diploma / Degree in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience in building or civil engineering project.
• Possess strong flair for construction drawings.
• Candidate with Addition and Alteration (A&A) experience in commercial building / shopping mall and upgrading projects are also welcomed.
• Knowledge in BIM/VDC is an advantage.

• Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, and other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using woodworking machines, carpenter's hand tools, and power tools.
• Study specifications in blueprints, sketches or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required.
• Assist supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation.
• Carve and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves and other items and install them where designated
• Able to add fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges and closures
• Remove damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace, using hand tools
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim, or hardware, using carpenter's hand and power tools.
• Able to assess the quality of woodwork and materials.
• Able to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.

• Staff Management:Provide guidance and support to kitchen staff, ensuring teamwork and efficient workflow.
• Punctuality and Grooming Standards:Set an example by reporting for duty punctually with a presentable and neatly groomed appearance.
• Cleanliness and Organization:Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.

• Stock Control:Monitor and manage food stock levels, initiate orders, and minimize waste.

* Preparation and do arrangement of inspection with RE / RTO.

* Preparing progress report.

* Supervising Cable laying, DB box installation/Termination and switch box installation.
