Your key responsibilities:

• Assess emerging Law, Regulation and Guidance for application/implementation to the Deutsche Bank Facilitation of Tax Evasion (FoTE) Framework, and engage with Industry, government or regulatory bodies and their representatives where required

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer who will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and driving sustainable growth and profitability for the organization.

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for:

1. Financial Strategy and Planning:

6. Financial Operations and Control:

In partnership with the Relationship Managers, the Senior Specialist, Corporate Banking (Commercial Banking) is responsible in preparing the documentation for credit application and monitoring bilateral borrowing, loan syndication, and handling on credit application, credit review, internal risk rating, and any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

• Perform financial analysis, spread sheets for the application of credit facility
• Evaluate and understand financial risk associated with borrower and produce quality credit review periodically
• Perform know-your-customer onboarding in compliance with the MAS regulation for all customers
• Handle customers’ inquiries, liaise and develop relationship and business with Head Office, overseas branches and inter-departments as well as corporate customers
• Ensure compliance with Bank’s policy and in line with MAS regulations required for all the transactions
• Visit clients when required in order to achieve a clear understanding of borrow profile and identify market risk associated

Job Requirement

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Business or any related discipline
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience within the Banking industry, Corporate Banking space focusing on Financial Institutions
• Sound credit and accounting knowledge, financial analysis, and in depth understanding of KYC and AML

JOB SUMMARY

· The FI Associate Director – Business Management (“BPM”) will be a key member of the FI Team and will work very closely with the Head of Business Development, FI Segment BPMs and the FIMT. The BPM Staff will be involved in the day-to-day running of the Global FI Business and on specific initiatives for the Banks and Broker Dealers (“BBD”) segment, including its governance, as well as longer term strategic initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES

Business and Strategy

· Support the implementation and tracking of FI Strategies/Projects

· Assist with driving the FI businesses and coordinate input for the FI MT & Leadership meetings

· Preparation and roll out of FI marketing events together with any pre/post tracking requirements

· Oversight and support of any FI related regulatory projects
