As a Payment Operations Analyst, you'll be driving our analytics efforts in the Payment Operations product team that balances the work between making our payment rails frictionless, borderless and enabling a smooth customer payment experience. You’ll also be a part of a wider team of over 100 Analysts! You’ll get to collaborate on cross-team projects, develop technical skills and bring ideas about how we can improve analytics across Wise.

Qualifications:

Project Analyst (Business Management Support)

· Bachelor Degree in a related field

· Proven experience in strategy development, business management, and financial analysis

· Spearhead the department’s internal communication and engagement plan - assist in the planning, execution, and/or coordination of meetings, forums, and/or internal events. Responsible for regular and ad hoc senior management reporting and presentations

· Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business and operational performance, and identify areas for improvement

The Business Analyst/Project Manager role in corporate technology is a critical function. The team is responsible for requirements documentation, project delivery, program management, domain knowledge, and collaboration with all teams involved in the software development lifecycle.
