You will be working on Treasury/ALM applications and taking care of day-to-day BAU operations (L1/L2) of multiple apps. You will also liaise with business analysis and development teams to plan and manage priorities, highlight blockers and critical issues.

Qualifications and Profile

Key Skills

• Candidates should have (5-7) years of experience in Production Support of financial systems.
• Master degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge on KONDOR+ application for 3+ years or 3+ years of experience in IT Support for another Capital Markets applications
• Candidates should have ITIL certification/knowledge.
• Knowledge of major market regulatory body’s rules is an advantage
• Exposure to Capital Markets applications (E.g. Summit, Kondor+, Murex, Calypso…) is an advantage
• Should be able to do SLA & KPI management, Client communication & interaction
