About this role
As a Senior digital technology Consultant at Arup Singapore, you will play a vital role in providing digital delivery design and management consulting services to our clients. You will contribute to the development of our Digital Technology Consulting services, provide expert advice, and assist in enhancing our in-house technical standards, details, and specifications.

Job Description

At IFS, as a Senior Presales Consultant, you will collaborate with account teams, prospects and existing customers to qualify and scope requirements, with a view to helping them understand how IFS ERP, EAM and Service Management Solutions will deliver positive outcomes for their organization.

You will need to be comfortable having close dialogue with external stakeholders, including C-level, technical management, and architectural teams to position IFS as the partner of choice for the adoption and enablement of IFS solutions in our core industry verticals. Job Description

The Consultant’s main responsibility will be to work on terrestrial, and/or marine Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Environmental Management and Monitoring Plan (EMMP), Environmental Baseline Studies (EBS) proposals and reports, while assisting in other environmental business areas in Singapore and across Southeast Asia.

Job Responsibilities

· Prepare EIA/EBS/EMMP/Feasibility Studies in accordance with local and regional regulations and best practice standards.

Job Requirements

· At least 4 – 8 years’ experience in an environmental consulting environment. Work experience in a consultant firm with exposure to EIA/EMMP would be an advantage.

· Field experience in conducting marine / terrestrial biodiversity surveys is advantageous (inclusive of identification and survey skills).

· Knowledge of Singapore’s Environmental Laws and Regulations, BIA guidelines, PUB and NEA guidelines etc.

Job Description:

As a Retail Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes within our retail organization. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing different types of store investment models, preparing capex forecast reports, validating each new store's lease period financial forecast, and providing actionable insights to optimize store performance and support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models for various store types to evaluate the performance and viability of retail operations in key SEA countries, and conduct investment viability analysis for various store types and formats
• New Store Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for new stores proposed by each country's real estate team, including modifying the financial models, align key assumptions with various stakeholders, and preparing investment parameters to support decision-making by senior management
• Financial Reporting: Work with Finance team closely to prepare regular investment reports and dashboards to track store performance against targets, highlighting key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide recommendations to optimize financial outcomes and achieve business objectives
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the annual budgeting process by coordinating the capex requirements with the new store expansion plan from each country
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including operations, marketing, HR, Supply Chain, Merchandising and esp the Finance team, to gather data, validate assumptions, and align financial goals with operational strategies. Act as a liaison between real estate and other departments to ensure financial considerations are integrated into decision-making processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Advanced degrees or professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) would be preferred
