For our fast growing organisation we are looking for a Fund Controller.
Responsibilities
· Highly Experienced professional who works according to general practices and procedures. Shares knowledge with others.
· Coordinates and performs activities related to funds at a tactical level and provides input in line with the legal strategy. Take care of the realization of new propositions, informs, and advises the organizational optimally and identifies opportunities in the market. Responsible for complex funds issues by clients.
Stakeholders
· Has internal contacts with colleagues across departments and with known and unknown external parties, where there is a question of overseeing different interests. Builds and maintains a relevant network with clients, convinces and influences clients to accept/shape ideas and polices.
· Has in- and external contacts where there is a question of overseeing different interests and connecting stakeholders. Advises and convinces stakeholders about changes and or/improvements from their own focus area.
· Coordinates and coaches less experienced colleagues
Innovation
· Identifies and analyses opportunities for improvement and development and implements developments and proposals for improvement.
· Is and remains informed of the latest developments in the field of clients, products, the market, and the field and applies this to own work and vision. Translates work-related legal knowledge into practical applications and take care of setting up and implementing improvement proposals within town focus area.
Experience and Education
· In-depth theoretical knowledge of and experience with fund processes, systems, and trends. Advanced knowledge of the organization, policies, and personnel.
· Bachelor’s degrees with 5-10 years work experience.
