The Material Planner will focus on the following:

• Effectively manage and co-ordinate with internal and external parties eg. Production, QA, Purchasing and warehouse on
• Inventory and packaging materials replenishment planning. Execute and monitor phase-in & phase-out of old and new packaging materials & external printed labels.
• Closely monitor production plan conformance and output. Feedback concerns on production progress and closely work with Supervisor and other stakeholders on their concerns with the plan.
• Closely monitor liquid delivery production and shipment plan to ensure order fulfillment.
• Constantly monitor inventory and feedback concerns on inventory level and any out-of-stock situations.
• Close liaison with Planning Manager in coordinating on packaging materials required for SOC management & for interface into SAP system for future planning via SAP system integration & roll-out.
• Any other duties & responsibilities to be assigned from time to time relating to planning scope/function.
