Commercial setting:

• Oversight of the local release, logistics and system transactions process related to shipment via distribution depot, as applicable
• Coordinate and contribute to cross-functional commercial meetings, by collaborating with multiple stakeholders to address topics such as product requests, market trends, and customer needs and insights.
• Own the Product Request process for all sites’ onboarding and ensure accuracy of the master data set-up.
• Support with regulatory, RMP and outcomes-based reporting, as applicable based on local country requirements.

Clinical trial setting:

• Create and execute the End-to-End operational treatment process to fit the trial design and protocol.
• Support pan-Therapeutic Area (TA) set up and roll out in close collaboration with the cross-functional clinical trial teams.
• Participate in Site Initiation Visits (SIV) in collaboration with internal stakeholders to support timely site readiness for First Patient First Visit (FPFV). This involves ensuring smooth onboarding processes, correct master data set-up and providing support to external users.
• Manage slot requests and communicate key milestone timelines to both external and internal stakeholders. This includes coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth and efficient scheduling.
• Key gatekeeper for critical KPIs: DtD/VtD. Work closely with cross-functional clinical trial teams in supporting clinical trial protocols and the respective vein-to-door and door-to-door metrics.

Essential Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• Work Experience: +5 years in customer support (service) in healthcare industry.

Job Description:

The Central Kitchen Assistant supports the daily operations of the central kitchen by assisting with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization. This role involves helping with the processing of ingredients, assisting chefs in meal production, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards. The Central Kitchen Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation, including washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients for meal production.
• Help chefs and kitchen staff with cooking tasks, ensuring the timely and efficient production of food.
• Ensure that food items are stored properly and follow stock rotation procedures to minimize waste.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including cleaning workstations, equipment, and utensils.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring all food is prepared and stored safely.
• Assist in inventory control by reporting stock levels and ensuring that supplies are adequately replenished.
• Assist with portioning food and packaging for storage or distribution as required.
• Support the central kitchen lead and other kitchen staff in daily operations and special projects.
• Ensure proper handling of kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any faults or malfunctions.
• Adhere to safety standards and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food production environment is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• Willingness to learn and assist in various kitchen duties.

Job Specifications

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Verifying, classifying, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
• Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status
