The service stability team aims to improve the availability of online systems and is responsible for building industry-leading stability-related platforms. Our work includes but is not limited to research and development of infrastructure, chaos engineering, online inspection, and incident management. We support the rapid growth of TikTok and its affiliates under a globalized structure.

What you will be doing:

1. Evolve fail-over capability of core applications and build industry-leading stability-related platforms;

2. Design and develop a unified fault simulation layer that covers cloud infrastructure, middleware, and application;

3. Carry out chaos engineering along with business teams and summarize best practice that works for mass users; 4. Build and evolve the standard process for incident response to minimize MTTR (mean time to recovery);

5. Design and develop a measurement of hidden peril in production and take regular inspections;

6. Analyse user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis;

7. Update software, enhance existing software capabilities, and develop and direct software testing and validation procedures.

Qualifications

What you should have:

- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience;

- Proficiency with at least one programming language such as Go/Python/Java, good coding ability and style, familiarity with concurrent programming is a plus;

- Familiar with design/development of microservice architecture, experience with distributed systems, middleware, and PaaS is a plus;

- Familiar with cloud-native stacks such as Kubernetes, Container, Service Mesh, VPC, etc. Experience with multi-datacenter and multi-region systems is a plus;

- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

You will play an integral part in achieving branch’s goals by providing excellent customer service to our customers while attending to their banking needs.

Your role entails cash handling, customer service, end-day balancing and all operational matters at branch. Through our structured training program and mentorship, you will be fully equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide innovative and optimal solutions to customers’ query.

Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service to our customers while attending to their banking needs;

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business/Marketing.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in FMCG trade marketing.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing and social media concepts.

In this role, you are required to have a flair for language and writing with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders, be resourceful and able to provide a solution within the agreed turnaround time. Your primary role is to deliver an awesome customer service experience to our customers through email communication and online chat. Feedback received is to be handled with urgency and care to provide an outcome that is both fair and satisfactory. You need to have the ability to drive escalations through defined process to resolution.

You must have the passion to provide outstanding customer service quality and be able to embrace change positively. You must be interested to participate in the various email resolution techniques such as making outbound call to internal or external customer to resolve and be proactive to provide ideas as to how we can match our email resolution with the constant development in digital/communication media.

Job Description:

• Manage the day to day email communication with customers and distributions
• Provide quality customer service through reviewing, assessing and providing the response in a timely manner
• Meet SLA of 90% email resolution within 5 working days
• Work with different business units to provide a one stop solution to the customers
• Resolve feedback or issues raised by customers or sales representatives
