This customer service admin position will require a highly motivated, energetic and resourceful person who has a willingness to learn. This will be a varied role where you will learn all aspects of full spectrum of Administration and office management duties.
About the role
- Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about:
Services and completion, assistance for service and tools rentals/calibration.
- Taking service inquiry calls from customers or clients and dispatching the suitable customer service engineer/associate to address the site services.
- Receiving and processing orders, providing information concerning changes, pricing
in service, preparing the pre-invoices upon completions of services based on the
quotations and actual time sheets, preparing the shipping documents required for
the dispatch of materials to the customer.
- Follow-up complaints concerning services or billing rendered.
- Coordinating customers’ service requirements with other appropriate departments,
sub-contractors for the resource management as necessary to ensure effective
customer service.
- Follow-up of the invoice’s status with commercial group and with customers.
- Follow-up of the payments schedules to the subcontractors pertaining to the site
services and clearing the payment in time.
- Update the HSSE and OSHA’S requirements and check the risk analysis (RA) records are completed before the start of the site commissioning.
- Record the monthly man hours/OT hours & claims.
Skills and experience
- Calmness under pressure and maintain records in timely and accurate mode.
- Good decision-making, communication, and computer skills.
- Ability to encourage and motivate people with responsible attitude.
- Interest in helping and working with customers.
- Should have sound practical judgment of priorities.
- Familiar with Microsoft office is a must.
- A level or Diploma education from an accredited institution.
- 2-5 years’ experience in customer service activities or in planning and scheduling of
projects.
