Job Requirements

• Have minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centers settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Candidates who are proficient with MacBook and G-Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets) would have added advantage
• Possess excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Able to display effective and efficient customer service abilities
• Possess good work ethics (e.g. Integrity, professionalism, committed to excellence)
• Willing to be trained according to TWC ethos and SOPs
• Able to work independently and also a team player
• Open to be deployed at other centers due to work exigencies

Salary: From $ 2,200 (BEFORE attractive bonuses)

Working Days: Alternate 5 and 6 day work weeks
Working Hours: 45h work weeks (OT Claimable)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support and Prepare food product including baking of pretzels.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Support Back of House duties including cleaning and housekeeping.
• Perform other duties assigned by Store Managers.

Requirements:

• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

Job Scope:

• Branch’s Customer Service Department which offers consumer banking products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, current accounts and remittances services to customers.
• Perform both front-office counter service duties and back- office operational and administrative duties in the department.
• Handling over the counter banking transactions including opening of accounts; processing inward and outward remittance transactions; processing inter-bank GIRO payments; handling customer enquiries; attending to customers’ account requests; etc.

• A recognized degree.
• At least 1-year experience handling retail banking transactions in a bank

Roles & Responsibilities

• Acquire knowledges of Company's main products, common alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Undergo trainings for the skill sets of non-supervisory roles to understand and perform the functions
• Undergo trainings for supervisory roles and responsibilities so as to be able to lead and manage both operations and management
• Complete all trainings and acquire the knowledge and skills to perform independently within the targeted timeline up to Assistant Manager
• Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the corporate Vision, Mission statement and Values are upheld
• Ensure all policies and procedures of the company are followed accordingly
• Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager from time to time
