Responsibilities:

• Generate service and spare parts quotations in response to customer inquiries.
• Carry out service tasks, including in-house repairs and on-site commissioning for a variety of gas and water quality analyzers.
• Diagnose issues with analyzers and provide customers with solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to address any service-related concerns and offer technical problem-solving solutions.
• Assist the project team in performing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for projects.
• Identify potential opportunities to secure new preventive and maintenance contracts.
• Provide product training to end users and distributors.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, with a preference for Mechanical, Environmental, Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Relevant work experience in analytical instruments or a related field.
• Knowledge of gas analyzers, Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS), and water quality analyzers is a plus.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

• Preparation of discharge documents; obtaining follow-up appointments; planned admission listing and notifying relevant parties on patient's discharge and dispatch documents/forms/notes.

• Handling enquiries and requests from patients, patient's relatives, visitors, colleagues and the public.

• Performing clerical duties required for ward operations and cross-covering of wards

• Assisting to update patient's information, ward charges, patient diets, porter requests and housekeeper requests into computer system.
