• Accurately take customer orders and process them through the point-of-sale system, ensuring all orders are communicated effectively to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, following company guidelines and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
• Set up tables with appropriate cutlery, glassware, and napkins before service, and clear tables promptly after customers leave, maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area.
• Ensure that the dining and working areas are kept clean and safe, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Work closely with other staff members to ensure efficient service and a seamless customer experience.

Job Description:

• Manage Service Department operations, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee service requests, resource scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
• Develop and manage customer relationships, handle debt collection, and provide product quotations.
• Support Preventative Maintenance Business growth and ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance.
• Maintain quality standards, resolve disputes, and ensure timely invoicing.

Requirements:

• Min. Nitec in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years of technical hands-on sales working experience in the same industry.
