Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support to clients over phone and email.
• Manage and process documentation related to shipments, customer interactions, transactions, and internal processes.
• Must be a team player and able to work with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Diploma/ A Level or GCE O level or equivalent experience in

customer service or administration.

Job scopes:

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring excellent service and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Understand clients' air export requirements and provide customized logistics solutions.
