Responsibilities:

• Manage all export-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with shippers for collection and export tasks.
• Work with sales and destination offices for air approvals and rate agreements.
• Collaborate with the finance team for COD payments and credit limit issues.
• Coordinate with Vendor Management for collection arrangements.
• Work with Air Freight Planner on flight schedules.
• Liaise with the import team for re-export shipments.
• Handle export permit applications with the Permit Department.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for cargo handling, including acceptance, release, sorting, and packing.
• Manage external vendors for DG packing, crating, and fumigation services.
• Provide shipping instructions to the export operations team.
• Support the Manager with daily operations, team queries, departmental projects, and new account setups.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma with 1 - 2 years in Air Freight Operations experience

The business are looking for a Client Service Executive to support the Relationship Managers (RMs) and Investment Managers (IMs) in the day to day servicing of clients through processing transactions, resolving account/payment problems and providing all round operational support. Your key responsibilities:

• Support Private Banker to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients so as to achieve client retention, and be able to handle daily business-as-usual tasks within the desk and market
• Understanding of all desk administration and ability to manage the meetings and travel arrangements of Private Bankers
• Understand client requirements and assist Private Bankers in daily maintenance of account relationships
• Act as the client key interface over initiation of clients' instructions, monitor funds for payment, prepare clients' fax instructions, forms and loan disbursement instruction
• Ability to understand issues and appropriately escalate to Management in a timely fashion
• Develop good understanding of the governing regulatory framework, including but not limited to applicable confidentiality/secrecy/data protection regulations and cross border rules where relevant

Your skills and experience:

• 7 or more years of relevant client service executive and sales support experience supporting the relationship managers at AVP level
• Working experience from Private Banking or Wealth Management business is a must
• Strong team player, also able to meet tight deadlines and multi-task
• Self-motivated and goal orientated and a ‘can do’ personality, who is able to work in a high paced environment
• Fluent (written and oral) in English
• Meticulous, methodical and concise, with a strong attention to detail coupled with a good sense of integrity
• Relevant local licenses and qualifications such as CACS Paper 1 and 2 is a must

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install machinery, equipment, or systems as per the manufacturer’s specifications.

• Working Experience in Coating Manufacturing will be an advantage
• Willing to travel overseas (3 - 5 times a year)
• Transport Allowance + Petrol Card, Overseas Allowance
