Job Scope - Kitchen

• Assist Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie in getting specific stations ready
• Assist Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie in the preparation of lunch and dinner dishes

Job Scope - Service

• Responsible for ensuring set up of the restaurant for service
• Ensure that guests receive prompt attention and service when they enter the restaurant
• Responsible for ensuring that customer’s orders are efficiently processed
• Prepare restaurant for lunch or dinner. This includes setting up tables and ensuring general cleanliness of the restaurant
• Receive guests upon their arrival and seat them accordingly
• Take and process orders of guests from the guests

Requirements

• No experience is required but must have positive attitude and be prepared to work hard.
• Be adaptable, patient and a good team-player.
• Preferably able to work at short notice.

Job Descriptions:

• Lead day-to-day operations of the service team.
• Conduct product delivery training for distributors and customers.
• Provide remote diagnosis and fault analysis guidance via emails and/or calls.
• Perform on-site field services in local and ASEAN countries.
• Generate service reports and recommend spare parts, assisting the Parts team.
• Submit warranty claims and quality reports to drive product quality improvements.
• Demonstrate flexibility, including working beyond office hours if required.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma and/or certificates in Engineering with relevant working experience in construction machinery industry.
• Able to read and understand Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematic diagram.
• Process valid Class 3 Driving License.
• Meticulous and self-motivated; cooperate and comply.

Job Scope:-

• Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles, including identifying problems with vehicles using diagnostic equipment.
• Perform routine vehicle tune-ups, maintenance, and inspections.
• Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks).
• Keep equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles.
• Perform maintenance, repair, overhaul and servicing (Mechanical)
• Perform lubricant replacement, greasing and flushing for system (Hydraulic)
• Perform wiring replacing, re-routing of harnesses, cabling repair and system testing (Electrical)
• Collaborate with the team to diagnose problems with vehicles and plan repairs.
• Machinery usage involved overhead crane, buffering machine, hydraulic press, drilling machine & STE etc.
• Working at height (climbing up and down of vehicles)
• Check electrical system faults and Repair wiring systems
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Maintain 5S/ housekeeping (Include, sweeping, clearing, and throwing rubbish, washing of parts & vehicles)
• Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on vehicles.
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:-

• O Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or Equivalent
• Technical skills (if require)
• 6 days’ work week, OT requires when necessary.
• Off day not on weekend.

Responsibilities:

• Support after-sales services, prepare service reports.
• Responsible for carrying out on-site installation and commissioning, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.
• Responsible in daily field service works and operations.
• Plan training material and conduct training to clients or users.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 1 year related working experience in Medical / Healthcare / Laboratory/Refrigeration product is a plus
• Able to commit standby and travel if required.
