Service Crew / Counter Staff :
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To politely and patiently attend to customer’s queries.
2. Have good product knowledge and be well versed with all the food and beverage items served at the restaurant.
3. Attend to customers on food and beverages queries with a high level of customer service.
4. If in charge of cashiering, you need to be responsible for the cash funds assigned to you during your shift.
5. Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant is maintained.
6. Check and ensure all preparation required in the setting-up of the counter and topping up of items are taken careof before the peak period starts.
7. Assist in any other areas of the restaurant as and when required.
8. Weekly cleaning and maintenance duties assigned.
9. Ensure that the uniform is well kept and personal hygiene is maintained at all times.
10. Diligently carry out all task assigned by the supervisor.
11. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the restaurant area.
Kitchen Crew / Fryman
RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Preparing and cooking accordingly to the training provided.
2) Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.
3) Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, etc.
4) Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and work area is maintained.
5) Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
6) Assist in stock inventory for ingredients.
7) Ensure that the uniform is well kept and personal hygiene is maintained at all times.
8) Diligently carry out all task assigned by the supervisor.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Warm & Cheerful Personality.
- Willing to learn and pick up new skills.
- Possessed basic hygiene course certification, if preferred.
- Maintain positive company morale and professional attitude.
- Punctual and responsible.
- Desire to constantly learn and grow professionally.
- Team player and able to motivate fellow staff.
- Must be able to work overtime, weekends and public holidays, as needed.
- Must maintain personal hygiene at all times.
