· Oversee International Scholars pre- and post-recruitment processes, scholars’ arrival preparation and administration processes for smooth transition to Singapore and RGS.

· Liaise with MOE, hostel, parents and/or school staff for matters relevant to International Scholars

· Manage admissions data and maintain secure and confidential manual and automated filing systems.

Requirements

· Diploma with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience.

· Self-motivated, possessing initiative, tenacity and very good interpersonal skills.

· Have the passion to serve with positive customer service mindset.

· Able to communicate and act with discretion, confidentiality and sensitivity.

· Strong verbal and written English skills.

· Highly Competent in Data Management with MS Office Word & Excel.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure overall financial compliance and maintenance of accounting records.

2. Learn and use accounting software

3. Support with the timely and accurate closing of monthly financial accounts, comprising Account Payables, Account Receivable and General Ledger function and preparation of audit schedules

4. Bank Reconciliation and monitoring of AR AP aging.

5. Review and exercise Credit control for customers.

6. Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirement

1. Diploma/Degree in Accounting

2. Familiar with Microsoft Office, eg. Excel and Word

3. Clear understanding of accounting standard and practices

4. Able to communicate in written and verbal for English and Chinese.

· Enforcement of the implemented Safety Management System for the purpose of ensuring the safety of all staffs and workers in the workplace/projects

· Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and follow-up actions to maintain high safety standard and compliance to Company's ISO & OSHAS policies

· Conduct monthly Safety Committee meetings and put up safety reports, including safety issues

· Conduct accident/incident investigations and recommendations on corrective action to prevent recurrence

· Provide the Safety and Health Committees with the tools, resources and support enabling them to function effectively

· Prepare and submit Site Environmental Control Programme of the construction site before work commences on the worksite

· Provide and conduct Safety training for all new employees and workers

· Manage safety violation and award programs

· Must be registered WSHO with valid license with MOM

- Oversee operations and cleanliness on ground

- Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness

- Manage customer complaints in professional manner

- Manage manpower deployment

- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards

- Prepare operations reports and other administrative duties
