Technical Support Officer Art:

1. To assist the art dept with acquisition of materials (receiving, DO processing of purchases, sorting and keeping purchases) as well as do paperwork for condemnation of obsolete or damaged items, carry out disposal

You will be part of the End-User support team that is responsible to manage the day-to-day support for faculties, schools and departments. Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of IT desktop support engineers to provide effective and timely IT desktop support, advice, guidance and timely problem resolution to achieve desired operational outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day work activities of a team, including rostering, customer experience, SLA and prioritising and allocating service tickets.
• Provide level 1.5 technical support and advice to users on EUD related issues or queries.

• Maintain PCs/laptops, mobile devices, IP phone systems, printers and peripherals, etc.

Qualifications
