About the Role:

Based in Singapore and covering the Philippines market, you will be instrumental in leasing of vacant spaces, business development; sourcing new building acquisitions/land development opportunities for EQT Exeter.

With a strong network within the industrial/logistics/warehouse market, you will develop trustworthy relationships with the brokerage community. You will prospect and keep current on all tenant prospects in the market to secure leases, fill vacancies and renewals in the portfolio.

You will also form professional relationships with senior real estate executives of corporations to effect build-to-suit and sales/leaseback opportunities. You will formulate and execute strategies to enhance the value of industrial/logistics real estate assets.

As a strong negotiator with a proven track record of success, you will diligently pursue build-to-suit and buy-to-suit opportunities in service to prospective tenants and tenant rep brokers.

As a good team player, you will work with investment analysts to underwrite acquisitions and lease transactions. You will also assist the finance teams in their preparations of quarterly valuations and portfolio analysis.

Experience and Skills:

• At least 8 years of related experience in leasing, business development, acquisitions and/or asset management within an industrial/logistics sector.
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administrative.
• Proven success in completing lease transactions including renewals, sub-leasing, pre-terminations, expansions and unexpected vacancies
• Flexibility to travel as required to perform responsibilities including attending regional and national events.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage relationships with brokers and leasing companies.
• Possess strong network with local authorities and businesses.
• High integrity, drive and intellectual curiosity are a must, with the ability to maintain balance and a rational perspective in all circumstances.

Role:

• Initiates the overall impression & proactively engages with our guests, enhancing their experience by fielding inquiries, promoting our vast array of amenities & benefits and facilitating welcoming and efficient interactions.
• Pays prompt attention to guests from their arrival through their departure.
• Escorts VIPs, long staying guests, regular guests and guests who required assistance to their allocated rooms.
• Handles all group arrivals and prepare the necessary arrangements to facilitate a smooth and seamless check-in..
• Constantly monitors the experience of each guest and reports any complaints to the management.

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are listed as, but not limited to the following:

• Organize and manage the Front Desk Counter with tact and diplomacy.
• Ensure all operations of the Desk run smoothly.
• Always maintain the best relation between staff and guests.
• Show good salesmanship when selling rooms to maximize room occupancy at the highest rate.
• Coordinate with other sections of the Front Office and other departments in the hotel.
• Liaise with reservation regarding bookings and problems during check-in.
• Consult or inform departments concerned regarding complaints and follow up with action required.
• Always follow up with department concern and confirm that the job is completed in the shortest time possible.
• Refer to Guest Service Executive/Duty Manager if complaints and requests cannot be handled.
• To be able to master the skills of switch board to cover a full shift as Telephone operator.
• To work at Executive Lounge for Reception and F&B duties, after receiving training and when required
• Check VIP/Wedding rooms blocked for arrival.
• Check room change book for any room change to follow up.
• Check and resolve traces.
• Prepare and tally show rooms available.
• To monitor for Travel Agent group arrival.
• Ensure all check-in and out procedures are followed.
• Ensure all reports are completed and distributed in time.
• Ensure all pre-arrival activities are done prior to guests’ arrival
• Ensure security measures are taken in handling of room keys
• Ensure all registration cards are accurate, filled up and saved.
• To report to Duty Manager for any missing, non-functioning equipment at Reception counter
• To check and replenish the In- room amenities keep by Front Office and report to Duty Manager if more items need to be collected from Housekeeping.
• To ensure complimentary car park tickets are available. And to communicate with the Security team to prepare new ones.
• To assist guests on check in and check out from the Kiosk.
• To follow each shift task/ check list and complete all listed tasks timely.
• Close cash and bank in at end of the shift before close the shift. Ensure all paperwork is verified by Duty Manager and submit it to finance.
• To pass over any follow ups to next shift fully.
• To assist bell service/Concierge on related matters, such as giving directions and offering luggage assistance when required
• To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Management

• Perform full spectrum of accounts receivable
• Responsible for timely and accurate billing of invoices, debit/credit note, etc.

About the Role

The Deal Desk Manager is a key member of the Global Monetization and Deal Desk Team, supporting the business across Asia Pacific, Japan & China (APJC). This role serves as a trusted advisor to our finance organization, the Vice President of Asia Pacific, Japan & China (APJC), and Vice President of Customer Success. Your goal is to maximize growth and minimize risk for our Enterprise business. You will be providing leadership support to the global team, including the following responsibilities:

• Evangelizing the global pricing and business practices of Cloudflares’ Enterprise offerings
• Supporting the APJC sales team in structuring, reviewing, and approving strategic deals, including bid management across the Quote to Cash process
• Driving value pricing into the deals and our sales processes

What you'll do

• Lead global pricing and business practices in the region. Be seen as a subject matter expert for the function
• Collaborate with the sales team in structuring and executing large/non-standard/complex/strategic deals.
• Liaison with other functional groups (e.g., Legal, Deal Management, Finance, RevRec, Product/Engineering, Sales Operations) who are involved in the quote to cash cycle, from deal development to deal closure
• Enable deal formation. Engage sales early in the sales motion to guide and advise the team. Evaluate risk and mitigating factors. Perform pricing and margin analysis in an effort to maximize healthy growth, in conjunction with overall business initiatives
• Work with the global team to manage the international pricing and approval matrix, deal exception approval process, and large deal tracking
• Partner with other internal teams to help build, streamline, and automate the Deal Desk processes. Provide input to other support functions to drive operational efficiencies
• Analyze deals to understand current sales motion, identify revenue opportunities, and support our executive decision making
• Partner with global pricing strategy team to develop and refine pricing & packaging strategies as well as maintain pricing tools (e.g., pricing calculator, discounting guidance, TCO calculators, ROI simulations, Salesforce integrations/rules)
• Measure and track company and pricing KPIs to enable continuous improvements
• Work closely with sales enablement team to train & equip sales team in the deal approval process, including pricing, deal desk approvals, and cross functional requirements

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in analytical field (e.g., business, finance, mathematics, statics)
• MBA/ Graduate degree preferred, but not essential
• Minimum 2 years experience working on the deal desk/contract management team:
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the pricing models
  • Provide support in conjunction with contracts, legal & finance teams
  • Ability to analyze & recommend the best course of action for complex pricing & licensing situations.
• Knowledge of Cloud Services, SaaS Software, and Solutions is highly recommended
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including prior experience of financial modeling and analysis. Good working knowledge of SFDC CPQ, desirable
• Enjoys engaging with complex, cross-functional teams and individuals
• Experience with complex cloud software solutions and sales is desirable.
