The Challenge

We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative and HR Officer to support our daily operations and HR functions. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks and human resources responsibilities to ensure smooth office operations and effective employee management.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

• Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring a well-equipped workspace.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
• Handle correspondence and maintain accurate filing systems.

Human Resources Functions:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Onboard new employees and conduct orientation sessions.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and promote a positive workplace culture.

Employee Engagement:

• Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing team-building activities.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in administrative support and HR roles.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

The Person:

•Minimum Diploma in Procurement

•3 years in the relevant field

•Good communication and negotiation skills

•Well-versed in procurement processes, policy and systems

The Job:

•To achieve/meet cost saving target

•Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from local and overseas vendors

•Implement internal procurement strategies

•In charge of daily-operational purchasing needs

Roles & Responsibilites:

- Work Pass related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation, appeals, security bonds

- Assist on foreign worker repatriation matters (e.g Flight arrangment)

- Onboarding of foreign workers (flight to Singapore, dormitory arrangment etc)

- Liaise with dormitory regarding tenancy renewal, check in/out, home leave

- Apply courses for foreign workers when needed

- Handle day-to-day HR duties like, insurance claims, upkeeping of FW data excel

- Preparing of employment contracts, confirmation letters

- Renewing of company's insurance

- Any adhoc task as required by the management

Requirements:

- PR/Singaporean

- No prior experience needed

- Willing to learn

- Basic MSwords and excel

- Communication skills
