• Manage the end-to-end process from onboarding to the continual management of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Identify additional service needs that match client requirements and propose relevant solutions to optimize customer engagement and revenue
• Work closely with other departments, including sales and marketing, to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Provide timely, high-quality responses to client inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree / Diploma in Management / Marketing / Communications or a related discipline
• Proven experience in a customer service, account management, or relationship management role, ideally in the Financial / Fintech / Corporate Service Provider industry
• Strong understanding of corporate services such as company incorporation, company secretarial services, accounting, and tax compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Results-driven mindset
• Strong negotiation skills with a client-centric approach
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems is advantageous
• This role does not require cold calling

Job Description

• To assist the HR department in HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and provide support for events (e.g., career fairs)
• Preparation of contracts and HR documents
• Manage application/renewal and cancellation of work passes
• To maintain up-to-date and accurate HR documents
• To report to HR Manager and carry out HR-related duties
• Undertake any adhoc HR duties as assigned
