Responsibilities

Office and General Administration

• Manage Company vehicles’ insurance, road tax renewal and maintenance where required
• Manage the Group of Companies’ archives by management of warehouse storage organization, rental, sorting and filing
• Prepare relevant Company documents including Company profile and other procedural documentation
• Assist in planning, organizing and managing of Company Events and Activities
