Minimum commitment 40 hours per month for 6 months.

Responsibilities include:

Opening and closing the studio.

Greeting and signing in clients.

Managing studio booking software.

Responding to general inquiries.

Job Responsibilities

• Lobby presence will be a key task. Main duties include greeting and escorting guests patronizing our hotel
• Monitor expected bookings, ensure guests are being welcomed and greeted in an appropriate manner
• Provide flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences for guest throughout their stay
• Analyze customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall guest positive rating
• Establish a rapport with guests, maintaining good relationship and handle all guest feedback, requests and enquiries
• Liase with operation team including receptionist, concierge, housekeping and F&B service staff to provide an overall comfortable guest experience
• Coordinate with pre-arrival team and send pre-arrival emails and to ensure that guests preferences/request are met
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and grooming at all times in line with the hotel’s grooming standards/guidelines
• Well informed of hotel facilities and be able to answer all guest inquiries
• Develop and maintain close business contact with in-house guests and to provide personalised service whenever possible
• Resolve all guest feedback and ensure guest satisfaction prior to departure

Job Requirements

• Understanding of hotel management best practices
• Hands on experience with Hotel Opera System
• Ability to work flexible hours including on weekends and public holidays

Role Overview:
The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of digital platforms that enhance the customer experience across online insurance purchasing, self-service, and claims management. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop innovative digital solutions that integrate insurance products, technology, and user experience. This role involves managing relationships with internal stakeholders, development teams, and partners, ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects and platforms across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of digital projects and platforms across the APAC region, ensuring successful rollouts and solution delivery for industry partners.
• Manage relationships with partner digital and technology teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving the digital agenda.
• Oversee multiple squads working on strategic and opportunistic partner segments, coordinating efforts across teams.
• Collaborate with business development teams to define and implement digital solutions for new business opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality delivery on time, within scope, and budget, adhering to digital architecture and security standards.
• Lead agile teams through sprint planning, prioritizing tasks for efficient execution.
• Manage post-launch support, platform performance, and security for digital sales platforms.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years managing web-based or mobile platforms.
• Regional experience, collaborating across multiple countries to define and deliver digital solutions.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and customer journeys (sales, service, claims).
• Experience with Atlassian Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow, and API platforms (e.g., Postman).
• Certified Agile Scrum Product Owner (preferred).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
