Requirements:

• NITEC or Diploma in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business Admin or related fields
• Prior marketing experience would be preferred
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other designing software will be an added advantage
• Team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
• Entry level are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities: -

• Interact with customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain a high level of service quality
• Taking of customers' orders
• Coordination and arranging with customers for deliveries
• Quotations / invoices for customer requests
• Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned

We are looking for candidate who is able to support in daily operations, able to design simple poster using Canvas or Power point or Words.

• assist in recruiting new students
• handle enquiries and student registration
• able to design simple leaflet as and when needed
• general administrative duties (preparing teachers materials and photocopying students’ worksheets)
• able to multi-task

Job Requirement

• O level, Diploma and above

Working Hours (Full- time)

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 1.45pm-9.30pm
• Saturday: 9.15am-6.00pm
• Off days: Wednesday and Sunday

Working Hours (Part- time)

• 2 to 3 days per week
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 2.30pm-9.30pm
• Saturday: 9.30am-5.30pm
• Off days: Flexible, based on agreed schedule
