ASM is currently looking for a Business Process Manager to join our Global Process Management team in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
The Business Process Manager is part of the global Process Management team. The team plays a pivotal role in enabling and supporting ASM’s growth ambition for the coming years.
Key role of the Process Management team is to support process owners and process experts to define, maintain and improve their processes, including roles & responsibilities, key process metrics an end-to-end integration.
Your key focus areas are:
- Train, coach and assist process experts and other stakeholders in building and refining their processes in BPMN;
- Assist process experts and other stakeholders in identification and operationalization of KPIs of their processes to drive continuous improvement;
- Support maintenance of the process management framework elements such as process taxonomy (APQC), modeling style guide, etc.;
- Work together with other specialists in Process Mining, Master Data Management, Business Intelligence Analytics, Automation and Change Management to identify and realize process improvements;
- Be an active role model in a global ASM community to promote continuous improvement.
Requirements
As Business Process Manager you are proactive and execute with pace, elegance, and urgency. It is key that you can quickly build trust and rapport with various stakeholders, combined with excellent communication skills.
Further you will have:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, in the domains of Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Process Management and/or Change Management;
- Academic level (Minimum a Bachelor's or Master’s degree), Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) certification;
- Proven experience with process improvement and -design, preferably engineering-, manufacturing- and supply chain processes.
- Hands-on experience with BPMN, Process Mining and Master Data Management;
- Good business acumen, experience in a supporting role, for example advising business leaders and global process owners;
- Strong analytical, planning and organization skills, ability to thrive despite uncertainty and a changing environment;
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing) with the ability to influence across a global organization within a diverse and multicultural environment.
