• Attend daily meeting for quality notification disposition
• Update and Maintain Quality Notification in SAP
• Perform System transaction and maintain physical parts at quarantine location
• Perform material purge and inspection.
• Work cross functional with internal and external team
• Support in First Article Inspection activities

Requirements

• Candidate must possess minimum a Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of quality or manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP or ERP system
• Able to interpret mechanical 2D drawings and technical documents
• Strong communication skills to liaise with both internal customers and external suppliers

We are looking for a self-driven finance professional with strong business acumen and has good foundation in accounting and internal controls who is ready for an immersive, real-world experience in a manufacturing environment. Reporting to the global manufacturing controller, this analyst will prepare financial management reports, analyze and validate financial data, perform financial planning & forecasting, using SAP, Anaplan and Power BI, and assist with other accounting and controls activities. Responsibilities:

• Develop the annual budget plan, quarterly and monthly variances report and forecast analysis for Global Manufacturing Operations - Singapore.
• Hands-on with data validation and reconciliation, data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
• Support key stakeholders on cost savings programs /continuous improvement in productivity projects through quality and deep-dive analytics on performance based on key cost drivers.
• Analytics and reporting of business spend, capital expenditure plan and related variances by functions/business units. Analyze actual cost versus standard cost by product lines.
• Utilizing software or automation tools for management reporting of financial data and cost savings data simulation and modeling.
• Monitor and prepare grant audits with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
• Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
• Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more business operations, mergers and acquisitions, system implementation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
• Minimum 8 years of finance & accounting experience with a successful track record in management reporting focusing on providing budget, forecast and business analysis support from high-mix equipment manufacturing industry
• Strong quantitative, problem-solving and analytical skills, financial modeling and simulation skills
• Detail-oriented, meticulous and able to handle large volume of data and piece them into trends
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, SAP ECC/S4 and BI Reporting Tools (Power BI and Anaplan).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills both written and verbal and must be able to effectively business partnering with stakeholders at all levels in a cross-functional matrix environment

The role of Senior Business Analyst based in Singapore, is required to support monthly management reporting and forecasting, annual budgeting, and any other ad-hoc projects in Global Spares & Service Business Unit (GSS). What’s the role

As a Senior Manager internal control & accounting, you will work with an externally oriented, professional, and collaborative team in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

In your role, you will be leading our internal controls governance process, ensure compliance to upcoming internal control regulation (i.e., VOR), and drive continuous improvements with key-stakeholders. You will be responsible to execute testing procedures to conclude on the implementation and (operating) effectiveness of internal controls. Internal control responsibilities will take approximately 60% - 80% of your overall responsibilities.

The Senior Manager internal control & accounting will, work with a variety of business partners across various business and service units to ensure compliance with IFRS accounting standards and its deployment across businesses.

• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in Big-4 audit firm, overall minimum10 years’ experience with internal control environments.

Responsibilities:

General Bookkeeping/Accountancy:

• Undertake general accounting duties, including verification and data entry tasks.

Sales:

Job Description

• Partner with the Global Operations (GOPS) team (Manufacturing, Production Planning, Procurement, and Quality Engineering) with emphasis on manufacturing processes, cycle time, assembly & test sequence, and quality.
