Responsibilities

About the Role

This is an exciting time to join the Costello Medical team as we are growing rapidly both in Singapore and internationally. The Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process includes an assessment for you to complete in your own time, followed by a telephone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team. What is your mission?

• Manage the front desk and office administration task

This role will play a key function in preparation of packing list for all projects as well as inventory management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with your team to understand status of equipment planning for each project.
• Support your team by preparing a draft packing list according to Engineering equipment breakdown list prepared by Technical Managers.
• Understand equipment which are away and supposed to be part of the packing list once arrive back to the base and track them to ensure tested and prepared.
